Negril Westend Reggae Festival Scheduled for March
1996!
RAS Records in conjunction with
Secret Paradise and Hog heaven hotel announce the 3rd Negril Westend Reggae
Festival will take place in March 1996. Following two consecutive springtime
fetes that left concert goers asking fo more, the Negril Westend Reggae Festival
will resume after all involved recieve a well deserve rest! Held at the Negril
Reggae Park in Negril, Jamaica, this ideal setting is still undeveloped, tranqui
and set against a backdrop of beautiful limestone cliffs. Previous artists to
perform at the Negril Westend Reggae Festival include Grammy Winners Black
Uhuru, Beres Hammond, Freddie Mcgregor, Israel Vibration, Mighty Diamonds,
Mystic Revealers, JC lodge, Judy Mowatt, Beenie Man, Yellowman, Junior Reid and
Yasus Afari. Look for more exciting artists to join the lineup in 1996. Until
then, cool runnings.
